Richard Parncutt is asking AMPS members to consider signing a petition about the format of the ICMPC/ESCOM conference in 2027. If the conference was multi-hub, there could be an Australian hub with the same status as all other hubs (e.g., North America, South America, East Asia, South Asia, Europe, Africa). There would be real-time communication with all other hubs for at least 4 hours per day. A conference of that kind has never happened before.
